Summer 2010 update: The results from BC Summer Games last weekend are pretty cool. We had 3 Grade 9s (in Grade 10 this Sept.) competing.
Tanya won Gold in all three of her events: the 1200 Metre Run, the 2000 Metre Run, and the 1500 Meter Steeplechase (the last one in a BC Summer Games record).
Umer Ali won Gold in the Boys' 100 Metre Sprint.
Johnny Guang was 7th in the Boys' 200 Metre Sprint.
Umer and Johnny were on the 4x100 Metre Relay squad for the team from Vancouver-Squamish, which won the Bronze medal.
